This recipe is called, “Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bark.” Despite the name, this new recipe makes me excited to eat breakfast. I made this quick recipe because I eat breakfast on the go. Guess, what? It is gluten free.


Greek yogurt 1 ½ cups
maple syrup 3tbs
strawberries 3 to 4 sliced
blueberries ½ cup
gluten free granola ½ cup
almond 9-15

First, I mixed 2 cups of Greek yogurt in a bowl with 5 tbs of maple syrup.

I placed parchment paper on a baking pan and smoothed out my Greek yogurt mixture in the pan. I added 1/2 cup of blueberries.

I sliced 4 strawberries.

I poured granola into the pan making sure it covered the Greek yogurt.

I added a few almonds.
Finally I placed my mixture into the freezer for 2hours.
Mix, freeze, and serve!
